Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (this is dependent on the volume of orders). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there are postal service problems that are outside our control the orders may take longer to be shipped.  

Fred Skincare Limited cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

We offer a simple flat fee for all domestic orders of $5.00 (Including rural).  

Free shipping for orders over $39.99.  

International Shipping Rates and Estimates - Currently only to Australia

We offer a simple flat fee for all international orders to Australia of $15.00 AUD.  

Free shipping for orders over $95.00 AUD. 

Orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Fred Skincare Limited. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes / duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax / duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express or NZ Post Express. Please use their tracking service to track your delivery here for DHL and here for NZ Post. Please only email us at if your parcel has been lost.

Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call / collect. We cannot resend product free of charge outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. We are unable to accept the return of products that are unsealed or that have been used.   

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
